What to wear - any hockey kit but NOT Essex or Club kit (this does not apply to GK's)

What to bring - sunscreen, waterproofs, plenty of drinks, refreshments are not always available, face mask if you have one

Absence - If you can't make a session it's fine but please mark yourself as unavailable and message the coach with the reason (the more you attend the more likely you are to make an impression)

TA trials - if you would still like your child to attend the Essex Assessments, please sign them up and tick the ‘TA’ box in their profile. Coaches are aware that some players may have to drop out of the Essex player pathway if they are selected for TA
