For players registering on the new website, a parent should register first and then add a child(ren).
If you are new to using Pitchero, once the parent is registered and you have verified your email, log back into your account. On the top right of the screen you can 'add child'. If the child is already in the system (perhaps because your club uses Pitchero) you can search and select them. Otherwise select add new and you can fill in their details at that point.
If you already have a Pitchero account, select your profile photo, and select manage roles. From there you can 'apply to become a parent' and follow the steps above.

It would be really useful to coaches if your child can add a profile photo. This is optional and it will not be available to anyone to view although that is something we may choose to revisit in the future. For now, they will just be visible to the coaches. If you want to load a photo, please ensure the face can be seen clearly and no identifying labels e.g. school/club badge are visible.

All new players should register in the relevant age group Assessment team relevant to the school year they are in from September 2026.

U13 is school year 8
U14 is school year 9
U15 is school year 10
U17 is school year 11 & 12 (there is no U16 so if your child is in year 11, they are in the U17 category)

Once squads are selected, the coaches will move you to the relevant squad
